Am here today to share a floral card for the midway point of our challenge at Flower Challenge blog .The color palette is so spring-ish and we would love to see you inspired by the color palette.
Over to my card,
Took a white cardstock and diecut the lovely flowers from Altenew – Plum blossoms Layering die set.
And its sponged with Altenew crisp dye inks – Perfect peach, Candy pink for the floral petals.
For Leaves, sponged with Distress inks – Peeled paint, Shabby shutters. Stamens- Mustard seed.
Took a white focal panel and diecut it with Spellbinders Label die set.
Onto it sponged with Altenew Crisp Dye ink – Limestone using TCW stencil – Quatrefoil to give a trellis bg partially as the floral base.
Sentiment is stamped from Altenew Fancy kisses using Altenew Crisp Dye ink – Evergreen.
The leaves and florals are added to the stencilled base using liquid and foam adhesives.
The panel is then added to the Olive green A2 sized card base using adhesives.
Few clear dew droplets are added as accents.
Hope you like the card.

Am excited to join an Instagram Hop with Altenew for their #Altenew10thAnniversary with designers and guests across the globe.
Over to my card,
Have used both old and new products for making this card.
Scallop Frame Embossing Folder
Daisy Bed Embossing Folder
Plum Blossom Layering Die set – Used this die set to cut florals from paper pad and embossed it using embossing tools.
Poured Acrylic 6×6 Paper pad
Happy Sentiments Stamp and Die set with Desert Night dye ink cube
Dry embossed panels as shown using embossing folders and popped the florals at different dimensions using foam adhesives and liquid adhesive.
Instead of using colored cardstocks or white cardstocks with alcohol coloring, my idea is to diecut from pattern paper to bring out the freshness by embossing the petals and sculpting it. The lighter and darker dry embossed panels makes the florals to pop against the background. Hope you like the idea.
This time, used a brand new die set from my stash. Of course made use of my Gemini Junior (yet another new in my stash) which was lying for more than 1.5 yrs was put to use to diecut this beautiful intricate die set. Such a clean crisp cut in just one go!! It was too hard to photograph cards made of mirror cardstocks, tried my best not to cast shadows and got few decent clicks.
Over to my card,
Used Brutus Monroe ‘With Love’ Die set for the intricate diecut as well as the scripty word ‘love’ .
Made use of gold mirror cardstocks for the diecuts.
Love scripty word alone is diecut twice and doubled up to get an embossed effect.
These diecuts are added to A2 sized ivory white cardbase as shown.
Few store bought flowers in pink shades, embellishments like little hearts and pearls are added as accents.
Hope you like this sweet simple card.

Am sharing today the card made for the current challenge at The Flower Challenge. This time theme is ‘Use Gold’ and as always florals are to be in focus. You can use Gold heat embossing, Gold diecuts, Gold glitter cardstocks, Gold glitter washitapes or even Gold mirror cardstock just like me for diecuts.
Over to my card,
This time thought to play with just diecuts. Actually a recreation of my earlier card with a bit of new additions. December is such a merry season and I would love to play with my christmas stamps, dies, white sparkly embossing powders only during that time of the year.
Made this lovely holiday card using dies from Spellbinders-Amazing paper grace Petite Lacy dies and Twisted Oval Elegant dies.
Florals aren’t colored this time rather added Fussy cut white florals from Embellishment sheets. This season called for some white florals.
Sentiment is added to the inner oval diecut.
Few pearls, enamel dots are added as accents.
Hope you like it!
