Thinking of you : Floral Card

Hi Crafty peeps,

Made a floral card for today.

Am thinking of those, who are pressured, under more stress to keep countries wheels in motion. Am thinking of those, who have lost or worried about their loved ones, Am thinking of those, who have few hours left to leave this earth and am thinking of those most vulnerable ones at this moment of Pandemic.

Am thinking of you all today and everyday!

  • Stamped SSS Even more Spring flowers – floral and leaves on to Neenah solar crest cardstock.
  • Colored using Alcohol markers.
  • Bit of Prisma pencil coloring for all the highlights.
  • Took a purple cardstock, using color box Frost white ink, stenciled with Altenew Classy stripes stencil.
  • Onto a die cut vellum, heat embossed the sentiment from Pretty Pink Posh – Thoughtful greetings using Zing lavender EP.
  • Die cut the purple panel and mounted onto A2 sized white card base.
  • Added floral onto vellum and mounted onto panel.
  • Few white enamel dots to finish off the card.

Scatter Kindness : Floral Card

Hi Friends,

Amidst of the prevailing chaos, Dedicating my time to color and of course at my little balcony garden too. All the floral cards in my Blog screams Spring loudly and my garden florals inspire me a ton.

  • Used the print out of these digital florals from Graciellie designs.
  • Colored them using Prisma colored pencils.
  • The centre were made using Black micron pen, White gel pen and yellow colored pencils.
  • The floral panel is actually a backing sheet of a product which is die cut using stitched rectangle die.
  • Fussy cut florals are added using foam adhesive and liquid adhesive for dimensional effect.
  • Stamped sentiment from HeroArts on vellum and added the strip to the panel.
  • The focal panel then added to the A2 sized white card base.
  • Few enamel dots to make all coherent.

Spread Kindness – Floral card

Hey Hi All,

Colored this peony floral from Uniko on Strathmore Toned Tan sketch paper using Prisma colored pencils.

  • Stamped the Uniko Peony using Antique lined DI on Starthmore Toned Tan sketch paper.
  • Colored using Prisma colored pencils.
  • Splattered white paint generously over the colored image.
  • Slightly stenciled the Purple and White stripes with Memento Grape Jelly and Colorbox Frost White using Altenew Classy stripes stencil.
  • Stamped the sentiment from Hero Arts using Memento Tuxedo black.
  • Die-cut the focal panel using Stitched die.
  • Added this panel to the A6 sized white card base.
This finishes the card.

Hiya Crafters,

Recently had a chance to color on Strathmore Toned gray sketch paper. Love the way, the pencils play on those subtle textures.

  • Took inspiration from colors of current Altenew challenge. Purplish violets, blues of succulents and the greens are my inspiration.
  • Stamped Altenew’s Best Mom using a light shade of ink.
  • Colored using Prisma colored pencils.
  • Generously splattered with white ink.
  • Added the fussy cut butterflies from Patterned paper.
  • Finally stamped the sentiment using Memento Tuxedo black ink.
  • Trimmed the focal panel and added to A2 sized White card base.

Hi Friends!

Whipped up a quick card using this SSS rainboot die, which I colored during Kathyrac’s daily marker coloring challenge.

  • Colored the die cut using Prisma colored pencils.
  • Mounted onto Kraft A2 sized card base using liquid adhesive.
  • Slightly colored the base near the boot to ground the planter.
  • Foam mounted Timholtz chitchat sticker for the sentiment.
This finishes my card!

Floral card – Power Poppy Heart Abloom

Hiya All,

Made a floral card as first post of this year 2020.  Used Power Poppy Heart Abloom digital stamp. It’s such an awesome bunch of flowers shaped like a heart.

Today marks my 12th Wedding Anniversary and made this floral card to gift him 🙂 As always he loved this handmade card.

  • Printed the floral digi onto a white cardstock.
  • Colored using Prisma colored pencils.
  • Handlettered the sentiment “Love you” onto the inner banner using Tombow Hardtip.
  • Took a 6″ square white card base.
  • Stenciled the card base using Altenew Classy stripes stencil with Altenew Limestone Ink.
  • Then added the fussy cut florals onto the card using foam adhesives and the card is done.

Made a CAS card using the recent release of Graciellie Design.

Play along the Insta hop and stand for a chance to win Unity Gift certificates  5 Prizes each $20.

  • Took a A2 sized top fold black card base.
  • Using TCW 6×6 Art is stencil, with versamark ink and perfect pearls, created a chalkboard effect diagonally.
  • Sprayed slightly with water to fix the perfect pearls.
  • Colored the florals from Graciellie Design using prisma colored pencils. 
  • Fussy cut and mounted onto a cork tag with a sentiment strip.
  • Thus finished off this simple one layer CAS card.

Happy June!

Am here today with a CAS card using Uniko Simple Botanicals Daffodil clear stamp. Did No line coloring using Gansai Tambi watercolors and Prisma colored pencils for shadows.

  • Stamped Uniko’s Botanicals Daffodil onto watercolor card using Antique Linen Distress ink.
  • Did Noline coloring using Gansai Tambi watercolors.
  • Used Prisma colored pencils for the shading.
  • Fine ink splatters are added for interest.
  • Sentiment is stamped using Versafine Onyx black ink.
  • This focal panel is die cut using stitched die and mounted onto a black cardstock.
  • Then these matted onto a yellow card base.
  • Few clear droplets are added as accents.

Happy Birthday: Floral card

Hi Friends,

Made a quick floral card. Pencil colored these peonies from Power poppy: Dynamic duos clear stamp set several months ago, during Kathyrac’s dailymarker coloring contest. Recolored a bit now to give a fresh look to the peonies.

  • Stamped the peonies onto white cardstock.
  • Colored using Prisma colored pencils.
  • Trimmed and Die-cut using MFT Bracket die.
  • Stamped the sentiment using Memento Black ink on to the kraft colored Top fold A2 sized card base.
  • Mounted the panels on to the kraft to reveal the base sentiment part using Foam adhesives, to raise the panels above the card base.
  • A mini butterfly Mudra Chipzeb is added to the die cut part of panel.
  • Few enamel dots to finish off the card.
