Hi Friends!!

This is my last DT inspiration at MHKDesigns. I had a great year working with the Awesome digisets and Wonderful DT team. Thanks much for this opportunity, Mynn. I learnt a lot from my fellow DTs and this team.

I was asked to share my fave project. As i couldn’t pull out just one project out of all my MHKD DT inspirations, i made a collage using my fave digisets.

I absolutely enjoyed working with these Digi sets.

Each card here is SO close to my heart.

Open BloomButterfly WisdomButterfly ElementsBlossoming are my favorites among the digisets of this year.

Hi Crafty Friends!

Am here today with MHK Monthly inspiration.

This time, played with one of my fave digiset, “Blossoming “

  • Printed the digi images in the drawing sheet and colored it with Faber castell bicolor pencils.
  • Fussy cut them and added with few MFT florish diecuts, which are colored using Zig clean color brush pens.
  • Wish to keep the sentiment as Focal element and so, diecut it with Spellbinder frame die and added the fussy cut florals around it.
  • These are mounted on to the base A2 white cardstock using foam adhesives.

Hope you like this simple card.

Hi Crafty Friends!

Am back from Long Vacation at India and hope to come back to my Routine life, without being homesick bug bitten!!

Am here today with this month’s Designer Inspiration, using Butterfly Wisdom Digi stampset at MHK designs. This is one of those cards which i did in June, before started to vacation 🙂

Its one of my most Favorite set among all MHKD digi images. And i love to find ways to use this beautiful set.

Took a watercolor paper, tored the central portion and rolled those edges. Then using Gelatos in the colors of blue, purple colored the card using water to reduce the darker tones.

Butterflies from Butterfly wisdom are printed, colored using Faber castell bicolor pencils in the shades of blue, purple. Those are fussy cut and mounted using foam adhesives on the focal panel.

The sentiment is printed and and centrally placed under the torn central portion of the focal panel.
Few baby blue pearls are added randomly to highlight the focal panel.

This panel is then mounted onto the base cs, which is a baby blue A2 prescored cardbase using foam adhesives.

Hope you like this simple card!

Hi Friends!

Today with MHKDesigns’ DT inspiration using Stiched Sunflower digi stampset with Sunflower sampler papers. Must say, am addicted to this set of digi papers 🙂

This digi stampset is with such lovely sentiments with the sunflower image.

I love chevron pps and by now you would be aware of it too 🙂
Matted the sentiment using yellow and green chevron pps and matted this on to the brown chevron pp. Wanted the sentiment to be focal point this time.

Colored the sunflowers by Zig clean colorbrush pens and fussy cut it. I love heat embossing and so to make these flower as embellies, I heat embossed those flowers using UTEE clear Ep. At this stage, it just mimics the Sospeso flowers 🙂 Watercolored and fussy cut few leaves and added these below the sentiment frame using foam adhesives and completed the card by matting it on to a white A2 cardbase.
