The Flower Challenge #72 Add Sparkle | Reminder

Hi Crafty peeps,

It’s time for the reminder post for the current Flower Challenge with the theme Add Sparkle

Made a second dose of card using Sparkle. This time, sparkly black cs is dry embossed using an embossing folder.

Stamped Altenew Magnificent Garden stamp set using DI Antique Linen onto a Neenah Classic crest cs to attempt no line coloring.
Coloring done using Altenew’s Artist markers.
Then its diecut using co-ordinating die set and mounted onto a oval sparkly dry embossed cs and foam mounted as shown.
Sentiments from the same set is stamped using Altenew Jet black crisp dye ink.
Few clear dew droplets are added for interest.

Hey Hi All,

Am back with a floral card for the new challenge at The Flower Challenge Blog – Add Sparkle

As always focus should be Florals and sparkles can be interpreted as glitter cardstock strips, sparkly heat embossing, sparkly shaker elements, glitter washi tapes etc.,

Over to my card,

Stamped Altenew Belladonna Lily onto Neenah Classic crest cardstock using Antique Linen DI.
Did Noline colouring using Altenew Artist markers.
Diecut the colored image and added to a shaker card.
Card is assembled as shown above.
Sentiment is added from Altenew Sentiment Strips2 stamp set and diecut using Altenew Featured sentiments Die set.
Few clear dew droplets are added for interest.

The Flower Challenge #71 Circle/Circles/Reminder

Hi Crafty peeps,

It’s time for the reminder post for the current Flower challenge with the theme Circle/Circles.

Churned a simple card using ink blending and dry embossing.

For my card, Inkblended a stitched circle diecut using Distress oxides – Worn lipstick and Squeezed lemon.
Then after air drying, dry embossed the diecut using Altenew- Flower bed embossing folder.
Mounted this panel using foam adhesives onto a black A2 Top fold cardbase which are notched at lower corners.
Altenew – ‘For you’ script diecut is cut thrice in white cardstock and mounted onto the embossed panel as shown using liquid adhesives.
Few clear dew droplets added as final touch.

Hi Crafty peeps,

Am here today with a floral watercolor card using using Altenew – BAG Magnificent Branch. As always did online watercoloring and churned a simple CAS card.

Over to my card,

Stamped the image onto Canson Montval watercolor paper using Antique Linen DI.
Colored using Karin Markers.
Fussy cut and added white calligraphy ink splatters generously.
Mounted the fussy cut image using foam adhesives onto a diecut panel.
Added the sentiment from same stamp set using Altenew Crisp Dye ink- Coral Berry.
The focal panel is mounted onto a Baby pink A2 sized top fold cardbase using adhesives.

I dry embossed a white cardstock and matted over a darl gray A2 sized cardbase.

The sentiment is stamped over a light gray cs and die cut using Featured sentiment die set.

This card features the CYLP Fragrant Florals Stencil, Stamp & Die.

I stamped the fragrant florals and then stencilled with the cube inks. Pencil colored at few places for interest. Then its die cut using the co ordinating die.

This card features the CYLP Fragrant florals Layering Stamp set.

I did No line watercoloring using the outline stamp set.

Hi All,

This cute mini stamp from Altenew : Bouquet Basket is available in store now.

Made a card for this release.

Over to my card,

Pencil colored the stamped image.
Die cut and topped over a dry embossed panel which was notched at edges.
Diecut sentiment banner was foam mounted on the panel.
Then the embossed panel was foam mounted on an A2 sized top fold violet cardbase.

Crafty Friend | Altenew PAF Anemone

Hi ya All,

Totally Pro’craft’inating!!

Am supposed to finish off few Guest Designing projects yet my mind was experimental and so jumped in to try this new-to-me Medium : Gouache. I have been doing Watercoloring and Pencil coloring for some 4.5 years now in Cardmaking but this medium always intrigued me and so this baby step!

Over to my project,

Stamped Altenew PAF Anemone over Strathmore Toned Gray sketch paper with Altenew cube ink – Silver stone and attempted No line coloring.
Used Brustro Gouache 24 set colors for coloring medium today.
Splashed white calligraphy ink finally.
Added few enamel dots in floral color.
Matted this focal panel over an off white A2 sized top fold cardbase using double sided adhesive.
Sentiment is stamped from Altenew Crafty Friend stampset and die cut using Altenew Featured Sentiments Die set.
Sentiments are foam mounted as shown above.

Stamped the sentiment from same stamp set.
Splashed generously white calligraphy ink.
Notched the edges for an elegant look.
Matted over an A2 sized Mehandi green top fold card base using foam adhesives.

Live in the Moment | Altenew PAF Anemone

Hi Friends,

I whipped a quick monochromatic goodness for today. Was SO inspired by Jaycee Gasper ‘s this video tutorial using Graphite and Charcoal pencils. I have done couple of Graphite projects earlier but this it bit different to all those.

Over to my card,

Stamped the Altenew PAF Anemone over the grey cs using Altenew Silver stone Cube ink.
Colored using Graphite and White wax pencil. Smudged using Paper stumps.
Sentiment stamped using same cube ink.
Splattered white acrylic ink.
Trimmed and matted over an Off White A2 sized top fold cardbase.

Hiya Friends,

Made a quick Pencil colored card using Altenew Dahlia Blossoms stamp set. After years, I took my first ever 24 set Faber Castell Polychromos pencil colors and use it to my heart content. This is such a special set which shaped my coloring interest and made me to invest on Full set of Faber Castell Polychromos later.

Over to my card,

Took Arches HP watercolored paper, stamped Altenew Dahlia Blooms using Antique Linen DI.
Pencil colored using 24 set Faber Castell polychromos pencils.
Stamped sentiment from same set using Altenew Jet black ink.
Die cut using MFT 2nd largest Rec die.
Splashed generously white acrylic paint.
Matted over a yellow A2 sized top fold car base using foam adhesives.
