The Flower Challenge #99 | Pink Color | Reminder | Watercoloring | PPP

Hi Crafty peeps,

My little one’s X grade board exams has started today and that’s all the reason for my limited crafty hours since last year. Squeezed little time to illustrate a flower and watercolored it for the ongoing challenge at The Flower challenge blog.

Over to my card,

  • Took a round diecut piece from Canson Montval Watercolor paper.
  • Watercolored a flower and highlighted with colored pencils.
  • Took a cardbase and stamped sentiment from PPP.
  • Mounted on it using foam adhesives.

Hope you like this simple floral card.

The Flower Challenge #99 | Pink Color | Watercoloring | Altenew

Hi friends,

First blogpost for this New Year 2025 and made a Watercolored Tulip card for the new challenge at The flower challenge blog. The theme is ‘Feature the color Pink’ and as always florals are the main focus.

  • Took a Canson Montval cold pressed Watercolor paper and illustrated a tulip.
  • Then watercolored using Altenew Watercolor tubes in the shades of pink and green.
  • Splattered water down pink paints over the coloured image.
  • Sentiment from Altenew is stamped at a corner of the panel.
  • It’s trimmed using Ginamarie scallop diecut and mounted over a lovely A2 sized top fold card base.

Hope you like it.
