Bloom | Flowering Branches Digi | PowerPoppy

Hi Friends,

Am here with a floral digicard using PowerPoppy’s Flowering Branches digital stamp and coloured it with Copics markers. It’s my first ever try of copics on Digis printed on Neenah solar crest white cardstock. Made this card to link to my friend Kanan Pandya’s 10th Blog Anniversary Craft-a-palooza contest, which is currently underway till 2nd June 2023.

Over to my card,

  • Printed the PowerPoppy Flowering branches Digi and its sentiment as shown in the picture onto Neenah solar crest white cardstock in light greay so as to attempt Noline colouring.
  • Coloured the image using Copics.
  • Diecut using MFT stictched die set.
  • After colouring focal panel is foam mounted onto a light pink A2 sized top fold cardbase.

Hope you like it!

Bouquet of Wishes | Inspired by Stamping

Hi all,

Am back here again with a floral card for the ongoing Craft-a Palooza Giveaway at Kanan’s Ifeelglee.com. Yes they have extended their giveaway till 2nd June 2023. So do play along to show your support ๐Ÿ™‚

I already made 2 cards for 2 other categories and this time its for CAS category.

Am a sucker for flowers. And this one company in past 2013-2014 was the whole sole reason for making me love the floral stamps. I used to participate and won many of their monthly challenges and by that way, my craft stash of floral stamps started to build. It’s none other than Joanna’s Inspired By Stamping and sadly it was closed many years back, yet I still own their wonderful stamps.

Today’s card is from that brand IBS, Tulip Bouquet. I also love the sentiment font of all their stamps.

Over to the card,

  • Took a Strathmore Toned Tan sketch paper and diecut it using Gina Marie Scalloped Frame large die set.
  • Then stamped Inspired by Stamping Tulip Bouquet using Distress Ink – Antique Linen.
  • Coloured the stamped image using Copics and Colored pencils.
  • After colouring stamped a lovely sentiment from same stamp set.
  • Then foam mounted this die cut panel over a top fold A2 sized Olive green cardbase.

Hope you like this simple sweet greeting card!

Monochromatic Floral card | Altenew

Hiya Friends,

Am here today to showcase a card in monochromatic goodness. Yeah, I love colouring and playing with different colouring medium on my favourite subject, flower is my most favourite thing in Card making. I usually play with White /Black charcoal pencils, graphite pencils with paper stumps to play with but this time, I challenged myself to use Copics. I borrowed from my little one and he shared his Ohuhu marker pad to use too for this card.

And over to my card,

  • On Ohuhu marker sheet, I stamped Altenew Be Kind Bellflowers using Limestone Crisp dye ink.
  • Coloured the image using Copic markers.
  • Then trimmed and added with a strip of matching patterned paper to a Slate grey A2 sized top fold cardbase using foam adhesive.
  • Then sentiment from Altenew Belladonna lily stamp is stamped over a ohuhu marker sheet strip and added as shown in the picture using foam adhesives.
  • Two grey enamel dots are added as embellishments to finish off the card.

Hope you like it!

Am linking this card to Kanan’s 10 year Blog-anniversary Craft-a-Palooza .
