I am SO honoured and humbled to be part of this Artists’ Watercolor Tubes Blog Hop at Altenew. Always love Altenew’s pretty and unique designs of floral stamps and their various colouring medium has increased my colouring ability. This new launch by Artistry by Altenew is no exception. I prefer to use tubes of liquid paint rather than dried palettes. And this is my preferred way of using and find it much easier to mix colours when used this way. The limited palette is a great starting point and provide you endless colour options you can create on your own. Love the beautiful vibrancy of these colours. Thanks so much Artistry by Altenew for this Awesome Opportunity.
You have arrived from talented Svitlana Shayevich ‘s blog. I have a complete blog hop list at the end, so don’t miss to check all the wonderful projects at each stop.

The corners of the focal panel is notched to add interest. Added scripty diecut as focus with the stamped sub sentiment.

Loose Watercolor Florals
Attempted few loose watercolor florals and clubbed them with beautiful and inspirational sentiments from Altenew. Then trimmed and notched those watercolor panels and matted them with matching A2 cardbases to create these super simple quick cards.

Am here today to share a floral card for the current challenge at The Flower Challenge. The theme for this month is Add Spots or Stripes and I went with stripes by simply scoring the right edge of the card for a neat and eclectic look by using scoring board. You can use stamp, pattern paper, diecut strips and as always keep the Florals in focus. It’a my first ever time stencilling over a stamped image. I love this bellflower image from Altenew. Such a sweet simple image which instantly makes us to color it. I have used different coloring medium (hereherehere )and this time inkblending.
Over to my card,
Took a sheet from Neenah solar crest and stamped the image from Always Be kind from Altenew.
Then using Altenew Always Be kind stencil and stencilled the stamped image using Altenew crisp dye inks.
Sentiment is stamped and then stencilled the same way and the sub sentiment too from same stamp set using Versafine Onyx black ink.
Took the cairo cream top fold cardbase and scored few lines using a scoring board as shown.
Then the stamped, stencilled panel is mounted using foam adhesives as shown.
Added few enamel dots as accents to finish off the card.
